Dr Sharf will not return my phone call to request him to contact my pharmacist to approve a refill for a heart medicine whose warning label says that suddenly stopping this medicine can cause a heart attack. I called him 5 days ago and he has not called me back and I am now out of my heart medicine. I get his voicemail box every time I call him back. The California Medical Board is my only remedy it seems.
Dr Sharf is the best cardiologist doctor in all the years I've had care n very good to explain all to us n we appreciate him taking such great care of me n my Dad! Thank you to all his staff for ever they do for us!! Thank you! Josie & Santiago ??

Dr Sharf is a caring professional that listens and works with me to achieve the best treatment plan. His immediate staff is great but the centralized appointment people are not great with follow through or ordering lab tests and scheduling future appointments. The expertise and caring of Dr Sharf greatly overshadow the annoyance of the scheduling people so I am thrilled to have Dr Sharf as my cardiologist.
had a complete cardio workup done by him....explained all the tests and results and our next couse of action to help me have the best quality of life in my senior years...trust him and his decisions completely.Plus his Med Asst Lourdes was very helpful for me
I think he does not have enough experience in therapy and depends on his style of experience more than the real diagnosis of the disease. For more than two years my wife has been visiting this doctor without finding the problem she is experiencing.It was his last decision after all this period of time that he would try the last examination and if the problem is not identified we will have the choice in the search for another doctor to continue treatment I think he does not know what he should do
I have so much to say about this doctor! Dr.Sharf is the best of the best...in an emergency situation Dr Sharf was called to treat my dad at PVH. I truly believe if it wasn't for him my dad wouldn't be alive today. With his prompt attention he got my dad the help he needed and I have nothing but praise for this doctor that is a true blessing in his field. My family and I thank you from the bottom of our heart.
