Shawnn was outstanding in all respects. He was professional, knowledgeable, polite and most importantly to me, patient and thoroughly answered all my questions. I just bought a new house and the central AC had to be replaced. He took me around the entire house and explained exactly how it worked, what the current problems were and his honest recommendation as to a solution. I was so pleased with him that I called the office and asked that he be the technician on any future calls to my home, if possible.
