Would never rent from them ever again. They are cheaper than other sites but you get what you pay for. Toured at least 5 class A RVs several months before our trip. Some had just came back from Burning man so they were filthy but they said all the carpet would be shampooed & everything professionally cleaned when we picked it up. Stopped by a few times before to tour the RV with friends that would join us & make sure items that needed fixing were getting done. We have rented 2 RV from them and both times stellar costumer service and coaches were great ! Will rent again and highly recommend for your next RV trip !
Incredible customer service. We had the best experience with everyone we spoke to, weather via email text or phone, very responsive and informative. We were having so much fun on our trip, we asked to extend our rental for multiple days and they were very happy to accommodate. 10 out of 10 recommend using.
