I wouldn’t leave a star if I could. He refuses to talk on the phone, refuses to respond to emails and there is absolutely no help or guidance. My realtor called and emailed numerous times for information on our application and nothing. We resubmitted it multiple times and instead he marked the properties as “rented” for a day then removed the listings and reposted them at a lower rate than we offered. Mind you I have a 800 credit score & I’m going to assume it was all because he didn’t want to be bothered with our service an... read more

The worst of the worst, ZERO communication!!!!! I would have accepted a smoke signal, a carrier pigeon, anything, but Rilwan Adesola, I am guessing, is a deaf mute. There could not be another possible explanation. In my 20 years of real estate, he is the worst I have ever dealt with. My client sent me one of his properties, and I told them I would not show the property, and if they felt they had to see it, they had my permission to find another realtor. AVOID!
I had an unfortunate experience last year when I inquired about a rental property listed by Prada Properties on behalf of one of my clients. The response I received was incredibly rude, especially when it came to understanding the application process for the home. What adds to the irony is that I recently checked, and the rental property I had inquired about is still active on the market, despite being listed for an astonishing 296 Cumulative Days On Market.
