The worst of the worst, ZERO communication!!!!! I would have accepted a smoke signal, a carrier pigeon, anything, but Rilwan Adesola, I am guessing, is a deaf mute. There could not be another possible explanation. In my 20 years of real estate, he is the worst I have ever dealt with. My client sent me one of his properties, and I told them I would not show the property, and if they felt they had to see it, they had my permission to find another realtor. AVOID!
I had an unfortunate experience last year when I inquired about a rental property listed by Prada Properties on behalf of one of my clients. The response I received was incredibly rude, especially when it came to understanding the application process for the home. What adds to the irony is that I recently checked, and the rental property I had inquired about is still active on the market, despite being listed for an astonishing 296 Cumulative Days On Market. I can't reach the realtors or anymore at this company. We submitted a rental application. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.
