My mom has been this doctor's patient for over an year. Right from the start it has been incredibly frustrating to deal with her and her office staff who make a simple request really difficult by bad attitude. The office staff has been incredibly rude and unreliable, mis scheduling appointments, not returning calls, putting patients on hold for a long time, over booking patients (5 at a time because greed), long waiting time, again greed and no common courtesy.

The worst place to go for medical care. The office staff are completely incompetent. They will NEVER return a phone call. Ask them the website for the portal, they don't know. Ask them how it can be found, they don't know. Request anything and it will be done wrong.

She is the kindest, most caring doctor I have ever come across. She is the best family doctor there is and I could only hope others in her profession would adhere to her earnest dealings with patients.

in my last visit i explained the nurse and then to the doctor. nobody called my pharmacy for my medications as doctor told me she would. I kept calling again and again reminding about my medicine that i needed. i kept asking my pharmacist if, they have received my prescription the answer was always with no. Nurse of the doctor i left messages after messages and once i got chance to speak to the nurse and she had no clue since doctor forgot about it. she said what was that about? it was shocki

I have only utmost regard for Dr. Ambreen Sharaf, MD. Consistent, caring and a great listener. I have had an assortment of Doctors along my life journey and I have to say I am glad to be back under Dr. Ambreen Sharaf, MD care again. Dr. Sharaf: Try rubbing off on some of the bedside fish Doctors that are out there ok?

I went to see Dr. Sharaf with much anticipation. I was looking forward to my visit. I have pain in my foot, possible fasciitis. I wanted to talk to her about my prescriptions & weight loss. Her main focus was on allergy testing which I was willing to do but AFTER my issue was resolved. I made an appointment for a shot in my left foot. Rearranged my BUSY schedule!! Night before this appointment, her office calls at 5:11 pm to cancel it!!! I'm beyond UPSET!! UNPROFESSIONAL!

Despite being on the same medication and on the same dosage for the last 15 years, this doctor refuses to write the prescription for 3 months supply of the medication. Instead, to make more money through appointments (that last literally 5 minutes after an hour wait), she only writes a 1 month supply and if the medication runs out before next appointment, you're on your own with no medication to take. I would avoid this doctor and her terrible disregard for her patient's well-being.

1st appt, she shot my questions down and told me to bring my "laundry list" next time. 2nd appt, didn't really listen to my concerns, had her mind made up and told me to get bariatric surgery and go see endocrinologist. 3rd visit, gave me a 8:30 appt and she wasnt even in the office. I had to go to work yet she still was MIA until 9. She spends very little time with her patients and is rude. Changed doc after this.
