Very unprofessional practice. Last hour cancelled appointments. Office staff is really have no knowledge of conduction business. They don't care of ur time. They give u referral with out any aurthorization.
Dr. Sharaf is an awesome doctor. She truly cares about your health. She make sure that you take part in your health. Highly professional and caring.

Dr. Sharaf is an excellent doctor. She listens! I have had a multitude of doctors as a cancer survivor and most did not care to listen. She has a remarkable bedside manner. On my second visit she showed how much she cared about my well being. I referred my mother to her. My mother also thinks highly of Dr. Sharaf.

Efficient and effective. Good follow up by Dr. Sharaf and her staff. She answers questions well and offers alternatives.
This doctor is what I consider to be the pit-bull of practitioners, her professionalism is off the chart. when she tackles your problem, it really doesn't have a fighting chance. she pursuits it with much compassion and dedication, she is so concern about you that she spoils, many of her patience and they become fussy and impatient competing for her kindness in listening to their medical complaints. I for one should know I'm her patience, I came to her 9 years ago, She literally saved my life
Dr. Sharaf is a very good physician and was very friendly. I went there for years. However, as many others have stated, the office staff is TERRIBLE! I would list complaints, but if there is something that could get screwed up about an appointment; amount of payment; scheduling and follow-up, it happened and more. The office staff have no accountability and do what they want; and they BLAME the PATIENTS for their INCOMPETENCE! Good doctor; but terrible office staff = Not Worth It!
