Shara did a great job making sure all the details of our build purchase went smoothly and on time. She is very experienced and knows exactly how to deal with all the hurdles that can pop up during the process. She has a team of people constantly holding the mortgage broker and sellers accountable to the timeline; we closed exactly on time with no issues. I had such a great experience selling my house with Shara! Shara is very professional, easy to speak with and is extremely knowledgable about the housing market.
