This is for the office only, not the techs! I want to be very clear that the technicians who visited my house were wonderful people — Rick, Jose, and Brian were professional and helpful! However I paid a huge premium for emergency work and then the work performed caused another issue and I was told that there was no one I could even speak to over a weekend so now I need to call another plumber for help. Definitely a scam!!
