Dr. Shapiro is a compassionate, kind soul. I was 19 when I first visited Dr. Shapiro. He was the only doctor that could diagnose me properly and prescribe proper medication. Dr. Shapiro is very warm and easy to talk to. My insurance changed and I had to start going to Kaiser which was an absolute nightmare when it comes to quality mental health care. I am willing to pay out of pocket to go see Dr. Shapiro again.
