Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this ENT Otolaryngologist's office? Yes

LOVE Shapiro. My son is scheduled to get tubes in a week. It took us quite a long time to get in to see him, but it was worth the wait. He was etremely thorough and made my son feel comfortable (he is 17-months old). He explained everything to us and took his time. The only reason he didn't get 6 stars is because of the delay in getting into see him.

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I was happy to see that their office equipment was in good shape. I felt like everything was up to date and met safety standards. Instead of just recommending surgery right away I was presented with many treatment options here. I knew if I had to get surgery, it would be their last resort. Their prices were very fair. They are happy to answer all of my questions Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Does this ENT Otolaryngologist use current and safe equipment? Yes Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations
