While the doctor was excellent, I will never return to this practice/office/company again. If you're experiencing pain and visit this doctor, prepare to feel more pain when you get the bill. The amount of hidden fees included in your bill costs more than the procedures do. Even when you ask for costs up front you're only told half of them.
