Awful experience with this Shapes. Please read your contact carefully!! Tho cancel your membership you have to give 60 days notice and send a written request through the USPS. I had to cancel my membership because I moved and I'm using a different Shapes. It's the same company! Especially since I moved I thought they would be a little more understanding. Super disappointed with their level of customer service.

And since we are all individually owned Shapes locations, if you did not have a Multi-Club membership then you would have to upgrade or cancel and join that Shapes location that you are wanting to use. I have been coming to shapes for over three years. The staff is wonderful and the gym is clean and accessible.
Love it here! Camellia, Debbie, and Sibilla rock my world. Their classes will have you sweating and you'll be enjoying it. The cardio and weight floors have everything you need if you are not into classes but try any of the classes with these ladies, you will go back!
Shapes makes you feel comfortable with the women only environment! Love it
Everyone here at shapes is so friendly! The staff really makes me feel comfortable. I can't wait to start on my workout plan and see results
I have been here for 2 yrs. I was diabetic and I am not anymore. I was release from my medications. Now I"m working with my knees problems doing aquatic exercises and it is helping me a lot.
came here with big sis in the past.... I enjoyed the service from staff, finally got my membership....
