Love the environment!!!! Feel super comfortable working out and everyone is nice and helpful.
It's a great place for women to be comfortable working out. The classes are fun and instructors are tough. The only issue I have is the bathroom. To be a women place I would think that the bathroom would be nicer. It's not a pleasant area at all. Should be more stalls and cleaner. It stays wet from the pool users including seat and floor. It definitely needs a remodeling.

I had to stop going to Shapes because I was the only caregiver for my mom who had Alzheimer's. I went there and asked how I cancel my membership, they said to send a certified letter stating you want to cancel. I did that and thought everything was fine. I got a bill a few weeks later saying I owed $206.92. I did not pay that bill because I did what they told me to do. They turned it over to a collection agency who called twice a day harassing me. I've been a member to many gyms, but I keep coming back to Shapes.
The pool water needs to be warm it was too cold yesterday

In accordance with the state of Florida pool certification we test our pool every morning and night. We test the chemicals as well as the water temperature. This is kept by state guidelines. In reviewing the month of May we were around 85 degrees for the month sometimes a little higher and sometimes lower. Always within about a degree of 85. I love this gym! The new class schedule is really fun! The trainers and staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.
Shapes is such a welcoming place! Everyone is so friendly, and you see staff cleaning the entire gym often. It has everything I need for my workouts, and personal training has changed my life!
