i have silversneakers with my insurance...they let me work out for 2 weeks closed the gym completely and told me they don't honor my membership anymore anyway...wow

Been a Member for a lot of years....aside from it being a Women's only facility...their Trainers and staff is amazing. working with women at every level of fitness. Mary the owner has never failed to answer any question I've asked, so if you're looking to improve your health in 2016... Shapes is your answer.
I love my shapes! Where else for $30 per month can I take classes that are taught by personal trainers and childcare? It's definitely worth every penny for me and all of the staff is super nice.
