Haircut by Richelle - good. Business practice - not so much. I was "accidentally" overcharged by $14 and never received my new customer gift. Richelle admitted the overcharge but I cannot seem to get a refund. Don't expect the promised gift to arrive. Beware.
I’m extremely pleased with my haircut!! The service is top rate and the environment is warm and super friendly. The professionalism of the staff and owner are unsurpassable.
