Shapes has been stealing money from me monthly since February. I called back in August and was assured my membership was cancelled (after they neglected to do so once before). As it turns out, the woman I spoke with had only frozen it for 6 months. I was assured I would not be charged again, and yet I just checked my account and have been charged more than $120 in monthly fees. Shapes is very responsive to me as an individual. I don't get lost in the crowd, They were able to personalize my exercise needs. Awesome!
