I'm so excited that shapes and fitness for women is coming to Concorde. I can't wait to be part of shapes and fitness for women and I just signed up for 29 $99 a month with all these classes and Kidzone.
Best place for GYM. There are more facilities for women. Amelia and her staff are friendly and there are a lot of good classes. They are clean and polite. Very family friendly! They have multiple offers, small group training with the top of the line trainers. Classes from yoga to Zumba to kickboxing and so much more!

This is the best place to go! A Gym that is only for women, has the best staff and is a motivational place that will keep me on my goals! If I could rated it 10 stars � I would do it in a heartbeat!! Totally worth my money!
