Shapes has been involved in women's fitness for nearly 30 years. Our first location opened in 1990 and we have been helping women achieve their fitness goals every since. RecommendedI love Roxana from Shapes Fitness for Women. I myself is a single mother. I obviously love my child but to take care of her I need to take care of me too. And this is where I found Roxana which is totally a blessing for me. I love her Zumba Class. And obviously after working out, you have got the best Sauna that you will ever find and the best thing is they provide an amazing kid zone where they take extra care of my child while I'm in my class and in Sauna. This is quite simply the best gym I have ever been to. It's run by people who have a genuine interest in improvement. It's the only place I Could see myself getting results from because the team actually know all their clients personally which is rare. There is a Great variety of classes that are excellent. They are totally non-judgemental ,quite simply the best! Go SHAPES Fitness for Women!!!
Shapes Fitness Concord is now open. Shapes has all brand new high end equipment, huge studio with great classes, Queenax, 30 minute express workouts, boot camps and customized training. Oh, and childcare. I’ve taught several classes there and the ladies are absolutely amazing. Great Energy. Being a founding member is like no other gym comparison. Come by and sign up today.
