Hi my name is Janice , I would like to say this is the worse place you could possibly go to . They are called shapes & don’t even shape your eyebrows right . They don’t take their time to do your eyebrows & they are never threaded correctly hairs are missing , hairs are still there , they are not shaped correctly at all . I told them they made one nice & the other not straight like a eyebrow & they told me to find someone that I like to do my eyebrows when I had a year membership . The lady was on the phone the whole time while working on my face, she wasn't paying enough attention to what she was doing and made several cuts on my face, I en ended up bleeding from several spots on my upper lip, at the end, she whispered something to her coworker, she looked at me and start laughing 😢. I definitely do not recommend this place and will never be back. One of the most unprofessional, disrespectful and unsafe places I have been.
