Are they even open for business? They never answer the phone. Then I took a blank trip to the location and it was closed in the middle of the day without explanation!
I went to get a facial the lady didnt speak English fluently but the other lady did. Anyway her products were very drippy & cold as she put it on my face. So that product dripped on my clothes & in my hair. So i tried to wipe it off. When i got home later that evening i noticed a burning sensation on my stomach. So now i have 2 burn marks that penetrated through my skin & bled. Do not reccomend & will not be back.

They are now just called Brow Bar but they are still using Shapes name and branding. Because they were misleading, I went in for an eyebrow service which I intended to pay for with my prepaid membership with Shapes. This location is no longer owned by Shapes Brow Bar. They are now just called Brow Bar but they are still using Shapes name and branding. Don’t buy the “promotions” they have. I bought 5 in last April and used it twice. I go back and they said I don’t have any left. They never expired so the other 3 mysteriously vanished. I went to pay the $14 and I was mad about not having my ones I already paid for. So I handed her a $20 and asked for change. Still was going to give a $2 tip but all of a sudden her cash drawer won’t open. I asked to pay by card and nope she couldn’t do that because she rang it up as cash.
