They never open their salon anymore. I paid the deal they offer if you pay in advance and now I can’t even use it because they are never open. They need to refund me what I have left.

I’ve tried to get services three times this month and each time that have been closed! During posted business hours! I won’t be back…. Plus they have no phone number to contact them. Terrible.

Supported this business for the past 10 years when they were actually inside Cumberland Mall. The ladies are sweet, but their management in CA is horrible. They sold gift cards to patrons, primarily Black women, and then closed the business without notice or services rendered. I called their corporate office and the gentleman lied and said I would be refunded. Never happened so now I’m disputing with AMEX. Sad part is they are not BBB accredited so my loss. You have to make sure you get the same lady for consistency, and have a back up plan. They are always randomly closed.
