This business has been great while two amazing people worked there and made everyone feel welcomed and positive lately though it is run by Goetz, the “owner”, who doesn’t manage it well on his own. When I said my husband and I need to stop the membership, we were told we have to give 2 week notice, which we never signed for. Then after we finished, we realised that we had been charged for 5 more weeks. We asked for the money back and slowly got 3 week worth. No communication from him.
