I haven’t worked out in years and wanted to find something local and something that would keep me motivated. I found the Groupon and thought it would be a great way to start...and I couldn’t be happier that I did! The classes are phenomenal and keep you coming back for more! The instructors are encouraging and engaging. I highly recommend- whatever level you are at with your fitness, however old you are, how little time in the day you think you have, this is the best place for you!
Been there 33 years! You'll will never find a better place and you will push yourself more then you ever thought you could.
