Great owners.comfortable clean and space is ideal for Zumba and other formats.
The people are very nice and they have some awesome classes. They are like a second family to me
Love the Zumba class, the energy is so high I got right back into it after being away for so long with a sports injury. Nellie is right on point with the music the smooth moves and the women in the class are all so nice and ready.
Excellent family run fitness studio and Herbalife shake bar! The owners are great and take a personalized approach to your wellness and nutritional goals. Zumba instructors are awesome!! I really enjoy Christine's Zumba Toning and Strong classes!! Silvia and Felix are awesome too!! Check it out! You won't be disappointed!!

Anyone trying to lose weight should definitely give this place a shot. They motivate you to do your best, and help you with good eating habits. I wouldn't have lost 53 lbs in 6 months without. They keep me motivated everyday...
