My experience at Shape has been amazing. The staff are amazing and so thoughtful and my PT has been so accommodating to my needs. They have been so flexible with if I’ve ever needed to reschedule and have worked around my schedule. The gym within itself is also wonderful with new equipment and facilities and everything is spaced out so neatly.

One of the best local gyms. Shape got me started on my fitness journey and has been a great place to learn the ropes for a new starter. Trainer Roh was fantastic as a PT and the reformer classes also had great instructors! Would highly recommend.

Best gym in the area! Spacious, clean & not too crowded - perfect for me. Friendly professional staff & flexible arrangements for members. Loved being a member of Shape PT for the past 2 years. I had to leave as I moved to a different area but I would highly recommend Shape to anyone. Thanks Shape PT team for everything & all the best.
