Wonderful to work with during the remodel. Highly recommend to anyone looking to remodel a project at their home.
Pick and choose what lease violations they will uphold. Leave you without working appliances. Only replace AC filters 2× a year, no wonder half the units need window AC's. Not enough trash receptacles through out the property, dumpsters constantly overflowing.
Shaool never took care of anything on our move in Checklist after 2 years. we couldnt even get blinds put up (provided under lease) or screens missing in windows We had pipes freeze and flood our townhome. They did minimal repairs. (literally one spot) Left holes in the ceiling, carpets untacked, light fixtures with inches of standing water inside. All photos provided are still unresolved. Absolutely Horrible. Chambersburg doesn’t answer the phone, email you back, nothing. Try to charge late fees on past late fees that are being paid (that’s illegal), they are just a Crooked company. Worst renting experience ever. The walls are paper thin, it’s very poorly insulated. The downstairs is 10 or 15 degrees colder than the upstairs. EVERYTHING is cheap, except for the rent.
