Great Services, Avoid Front Desk – I love Shanti. The services I receive are always amazing and the service providers are all wonderful people. I have however been less than pleased with the front desk. I call and am put on hold for long periods at a time and then the girls can be somewhat snappy with me as I am trying to book my service. This is not always the case, but on more than one occasion I have dealt with rude front desk behavior.
