Shanti is awesome and got me on my feet to start actually doing something for my health.
Harmful and manipulative provider. Prefers power plays over decent communication and basic humane consideration. Her care has the same asthetic as the little building she's located in. Small, rinky dink, super randomly located right on the curb of a super busy street with shut down businesses & empty buildings around it. No parking. No patient consideration whatsoever. Terrible experience. Prescribed me child doses of medication, claimed she wasn't my provider to the pharmacy but never indicated any issue to me. Agreed to run bloodwork that came back indicating illness but then refused to communicate about it. Very strange. She then began power play actions, setting up a known autistic and anxious human. Wow! I searched for a good 2 weeks for a new primary care physician and man did I find the right one! My first appointment was amazing. Everyone in the office was so so SO friendly and caring and Shenti herself was just a gem. I’ve never had a doctor who cared so much about my personal well-being.
