Very poor communication. I scheduled an appointment in December specifically for weight loss treatment (I had previously asked the same nurse through the app if the treatment was possible, and she replied that it was). I decided to make the appointment and left work, losing hours. When I arrived, I waited for 20 minutes and was told it would take more than 30 minutes because she was at a medical appointment.
