We were in The Shante today! The ice cream was great! But, sadly the service we received was TERRIBLE! None of the two ladies were friendly, and neither of them seemed helpful at all. It almost seemed as if we were an annoyance. Service with a smile is always much more appreciated, instead we received service with NO warmth at all. :(
I love this place "and the owner too..."!
