Did police work for 30 years and if everyone I dealt with was as nice and pleasant as you, I would have been out of a job. Courteous, polite, and got it done quickly. Was not happy at all. Took a second vehicle I only use sparingly, mostly for winter use over for front breaks and a bearing. Then the big guy at the desk with the piercings (not Shannon) I can't recall his name, told me after inspection that it would be 3,000 dollars for parts before they could do the one job asked them to do. If I could give zero stars, I would, they had my truck for six months, performed zero work on it except change an instrument cluster and gave the truck back to me six months later supposedly repaired only noting that the power steering was the liquid that leaked but it was good now and was filled. This was warranty repair work!!! Knowing I had to drive the truck to Florida they ensured it was repaired. The truck will not even hold power steering fluid it is so bad.

Needed a level and a frame adjustment on our travel trailer. Shannon and his team made a better suggestion for the set up, made the change and it is amazing. Fair price and we will be back again. Trusting a location to do the right work and not add anything else to what is needed is important to me. I even gave him an opportunity to sell me on anything else and he said that’s all you needed. I had a great experience and i’m sure you will too.
