Shannon's Twisted Steel is incredible! We arrived in Pigeon Forge with serious spark plug issues on our Class C RV. It had two blown-out spark plugs and required a special kit to repair it. They did the work and had it back in less than 24 hours at quite a reasonable price, we then drove it another 1600 miles without any issues. If you're ever in the Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg Tennessee area and need repairs this is who you should call.

Well we met Shannon in 2019 while on vacation in Gatlinburg. Pulled in to a campsite in pigeon Forge with a front wheel smoking. Located a mobile service made the call Shannon was there in less than an hour he fixed and gone in less than 45 minutes since then we have owned three other class A motor homes which has serviced all of them from our yearly maintenance to our upgrades like Liquid Springs and true earth leveling. I was on vacation and planned on having my car fixed at this place and AAA didn’t send it here BUT they were super friendly and ready to help me out! Their support really made my anxiety go down quite a bit so I appreciate them!

We were on a family trip from out of town. Had a small issue with our truck. Shannon was so helpful and fixed our issue very quickly. The service was kind courteous and they were very quick to help us so we could be safe for our travels home. Thank you so much you were so great to deal with. We appreciate you more than you know. I would recommend this business to anyone!
