The dictionary doesn’t have the words to express our gratitude for the way Shannon’s treated us. They were so helpful and kind and accommodating. We broke down and they took care of us even though they were busy. Would recommend them highly. If we ever break down again 😳 We would definitely call them. Thank you so much. David and Diana

Mini van broke down in the smokey Mountains the day we were leaving to go back to Ohio. Most places had a wait Shannon's got me in same day and repaired same day. Super fair pricing very helpful, went above and beyond to get us back on the road home. Highly recommend.

They seem to be alright. I had a pitman arm replaced on my GMC 2500. Its driving fine. I had them mount a set of 37" tires I had. Same size I had them take off. I'm not sure if they balanced them or not. Around 55mph & up it gets a death wobble. My old tires were the same size and it rode smooth like a Cadillac. But other than that I guess they're okay.

They're completely incompetent...asked for a roadworthy inspection, and after they had it for a week I had to take it back because they didn't even test drive it. Picked it up a second time at night and a headlight was out. So after paying about $1,700 mostly in gouging labor to get it safely on the road, they didn't even check the lights, which they do at a 10-minute oil change. Had to drive it back to town with a light out and sketchy brakes and steering. Certainly wouldn't deal with them again.

Called for emergency roadside assistance on Sunday afternoon for a flat tire on my bus. Responded quickly with excellent service, very professional & friendly. Highly recommend & I will be doing more business with them.
