My wife and I were headed to Jeep Fest today and made it as far as Sevierville. Suddenly this truck pulled up beside us and got my wifes attention. We'll, she rolled down her window and he yelled your wheel is smoking. We immediately pulled over and sure enough the drivers side rear wheel appeared hot to the touch and was smoking. Billy is a great, honest mechanic. He was straight forward, didn't try to upsell bullshit like some. He was as efficient as he could be and hospitable.
I highly recommend this shop! I own a shop in a different state and had a customer of mine with car trouble in their area and Shannon took very good care of my customer and me because it was a warranty job. The owner, Shannon is a old school mechanic that has your best interest in mind. I was broke down and unable to move so I called and he was booked out a week and without appointment he moved his schedule and he came with his mobile repair truck and go me on the road.
