I absolutely loved working for Shannondale. I worked in the long term care building and also assisted living when needed. If I didn’t move states, I wouldn’t have left.
Very emotional time. Management tried to work with us but some of the staff made this a horrible experience. She was only there 5 days for respite and I was down there every day at least once a day if not more. Never again.
i think shannondale is a wonderful place to work. this place gave me so much experience with the elderly. i believe everyone truly cares for their residents. this job was a blessing to me. thank you for the opportunity!
