I absolutely loved working for Shannondale. I worked in the long term care building and also assisted living when needed. If I didn’t move states, I wouldn’t have left.
Many thanks to the Shannondale receptionist I spoke to a couple of evenings ago. I think his name was Dwayne. He was very helpful in connecting me with my father and went out of his way to help me to speak with my dad. Excellent service from an excellent member of staff!

Very emotional time. Management tried to work with us but some of the staff made this a horrible experience. She was only there 5 days for respite and I was down there every day at least once a day if not more. Never again.
Clean, organized activities, friendly, good care, residents are happy with care and food!
