This doctor appears to receive excellent reviews, but my experience trying to schedule an appointment has been extremely frustrating. I have called multiple times over the past two months to book new patient appointments for myself and my daughter. Each time, I’m told the office is too busy to take calls during business hours and that someone will call me back in a few weeks. That has never happened. I don’t understand how this practice operates or why they don't hire additional staff.
Dr. Shannon Wiedersum is a wonderful and kind doctor. She puts you at ease and keeps you comfortable throughout your examination. Very thorough and detailed evaluation with common sense explanations of all findings. I would always recommend Dr. Wiedersum and am glad to have found this practice.
