WHY is it like pulling a tooth just to speak to someone on the phone @ Howard? I get calls while I'm working (I can't be on my phone so that's why I miss certain calls), but when I call back, I have to hit every number just to speak to someone & when I do speak to someone, unfortunately they can't give me the answers that I need. Either Howard need to get better as far as phone calls are concerned, or I need to do my search & find somewhere else to go.
