If you have any complex issues do not go to Shannon. She is rude, interrupts you, is very passive agressive and made me feel like an idiot my entire appointment. She dismisses all your concerns as well and will argue with you if you try to stick up for yourself. Not only did she make me feel horrible during my visit but then argued with me about how it would only take a month to get into her specialist that she wanted me to go to and when i called the specialist they told me i could not get in until October. Very informative and professional with a very caring demeanor. Shannon took time to listen to me and made sure all of my questions were answered.
Very personable and warm while also maintaining a sense of professionalism. I left my appointment with all questions answered.
Too aggressive not a fan told them never put me with her again.
