Beware of Roach Infestation and Negligent Management! I wish I could give this apartment complex zero stars. My experience here has been nothing short of a nightmare. I lived in this apartment for about 3 years, and the roach infestation and mismanagement have been utterly appalling. I noticed signs of roach activity in the kitchen and bathroom.
