Shannon was an excellent agent, always there with solid advice and the insight I needed to make the best decisions for my family as we looked for a new home (and we looked at quite a few!) Shannon worked with us for over a year to help us find what she called "The Unicorn". We were not in a hurry & were pretty particular about our list of "must haves." After a couple of false starts (not her doing, but with unreasonable sellers with houses that required urgent issues requiring immediate addressing & who also refused to repair or negotiate, we walked away.)
