Update 1/14/25: We returned to our home recently and found fleas in the home. After talking to our neighbors and landscapers, we found out the previous tenants had a dog. I clearly stated that we did not want tenants with pets unless they paid more - which they didn't. Now I'm out of pocket for pest extermination and backyard landscaping.
