I recently went along with a friend of mine to Shannon Outboard Service to drop off his boat with him. The Service from the staff was impeccable the two young fellas were so professional. I was greated by a warm and welcoming smile from a younger gentleman who also unhooked the boat off the car and then guided us inside and even went into depth to explain the job card out to us. Took our little Mercury 30HP EFI up to Shannon's Outboard Services on Saturday after the engine suddenly died during a family weekend away. Their website stated they were open until 1pm, and we arrived around 11:30am simply hoping someone could plug in the diagnostic scan tool for five minutes to tell us whether we were dealing with a simple issue or a major failure.
