Staff is welcoming, efficient and knowledgeable. I am very grateful for the excellent dental care that I am receiving. My husband and I have been using this dental practice for 2 years and we couldn't be more pleased with the care and professionalism of the staff. Many thanks Shannon Oaks. 5 out of 5 without a doubt. Regular appointment today, 5/7/24. Staff today was professional and made me feel at ease with my dental care. 5 out 5 without doubt.
Quite disappointing, at 9am they were already 45min behind schedule and I had to reschedule. The following appointment I got was at 8am, and nobody was there, I left at 8:15am and nobody was even answering the phone. This is the third time for me that they don’t even respect their own office hours… Terrible service
Love my hygienist.
I always have lots of problems especially with the manager and billing 🫤. Not satisfied!!
