I lived their 2 years!! Management wanted kids to stay in the apartment, gave me an extension cord when lights went out saying they did their part, RACISM at an all time high, extremely slow about fixing problems but quick to evict tenants. The WORST set of apartments in Monroe and MANAGEMENT is the WORST, nosey, unfair and mean. The maintenance man, the head one looks in windows and quite of few women have complained to the office, yet he still walks in freely to people's apartments. This is the most HORRIBLE place to live.. the maintenance men are predators, the manager is rude and always has an attitude with you, they are lying about having cameras on the property, water always backed up and I never had any hot water. I am so upset that I wasn't my time and money staying here. DO NOT MOVE HERE! They are very prejudiced against people of color. PLEASE GO ELSE WHERE
