I normally hate the car buying process, but my salesmen was very helpful and the finance manager was very informative which made this by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Can't imagine purchasing a car anywhere else. Prior to coming into Shannon Motors, I had been to 3 other dealer ships looking for the exact Nissan Murano I wanted. I was searching and searching and finally I came across one I was interested on Shannon Motors Website. I went into the Johnston location and I fell in love. My salesmen Paul and the finance manager Scott was so helpful and explained everything. I have never had such an easy stress free car buying experience!!!
I had a great experience at Shannon Motors. I was looking to purchase my first new car and I had visited a few places with no luck. My last stop happened to be Shannon Motors and I wish I had made it my first because the buying process was so simple and easy. I was able to take my car home that same day. I recently visited the Johnston store where I had an over all really great experience, everyone was very helpful and motivated to get me into a new car and the process was a lot easier than I thought it would be. Thanks again Shannon Motors.
Mike O from Warwick location is FANTASTIC. The other people running the Johnston location, not so much. The tires were bald and failed inspection and they refused to replace them. The guy from service is horrible. He's rude and speaks to you like you're an idiot. If you're going to buy a car from them have it checked by your own mechanic first!!!
I purchased a car from shannon motors in Johnston at the advise of my friend who was on his 2nd purchase there. After being with another local "buy here pay here dealer, i was thrilled to go to a dealership that offered better than junks to their customers with bad credit. I'm glad I didnt listen to the reviews because i would have missed out on getting a good car and probably wouldnt have a job today.
