Shannon and her staff (especially Omar) have been my insurance agents for years. Excellent customer service. They go above and beyond! It’s an outstanding business all around!
The people from this office were extremely helpful when I needed insurance. I was coming from progressive and they were trying to more than double my insurance cost per month on a quote when I went to renew my policy. For obvious reasons that wasn’t viable. It has been a pleasure to work with Omar. He has been very helpful with a couple of "odd issues" and with personal service. I am newer to the area and thankful for the introduction and his attention to detail.
Omar was very informative on understanding insurance as a first time buyer. He thoroughly explained the difference in policies and made me comfortable in buying something I understand.
