Had a day surgery procedure. Was taken into a room where somehow they had run out of beds. First nurse was very accommodating and apologized for no bed. Second nurse could have used a little kinder bedside manner. Dr. and anesthesiologist were super nice. When I woke up in recovery no one really explained where I was or what was going on. I explained I had some pain and instead of receiving something for the pain, I was told it was from a stent that was put in and they couldn't do anything for it, but quickly found meds when... read more

Our first visit here as a patient. Everyone in registration was wonderful. They explained everything to us and told us how to get to where we needed to go. The Dr's office staff was wonderful as well. Very friendly they made you feel like a priority. It was our first visit with DR. Chadi Richeh absolutely loved him. He was great and very through with my daughter. Thank you for great customer service. 5 stars for sure!!!

Nothin but good treatment and excellent services from urology to oncology especially Dr. Kingsman and Dr. Cheruku couldn't do it with out these and Nurses on 5 North and 4 South nothin but good things....
