The staff here is excellent and caring every one , doctors nurses, Pts , aides every one. It was almost like a vacaction for me. Every one went out of their way to make sure I was as comfortable as could be while I was here. Thank you.

I was taken to the the ER yesterday after falling and knee swelling and not being able to feel my feet and all I was told that I sprained my ankle and nothing could be done with my knee. Still have problems. Do not think I will be going to the Shannon Emergency Room anymore will try community or one of the urgent cars that are not affiliated with Shannon.

I've had good and bad experiences with them honestly. They were amazing and friendly during my husbands surgery, and the triage nurses in the ER are generally very friendly However, I had the worst hospital experience when having my daughter. The L&D staff were rude, forgot to give me medication repeatedly, I had to be induced and they turned the pitocin off and forgot to turn it back on, then told me as a result I had to have a c-section. I am not impressed with the women's hospital in the slightest. However, most other per... read more
