Gotta say, this is one of the best er's I've ever been too. Thought I had heart issues, do they got me straight in. Now I'm in a room, they're great to me. The food is ok, but I've had a lot worse.
I am extremely happy with my level of care from Dr. Wiggins-Smith and her nursing staff. Brenda in the Women's and Children's Department is wonderful too and I am very grateful to all of them. I had a pleasant stay as a patient in Women's and Children and in Day Surgery. The only reason I did not give a 5 star review is because of the billing department. The person I spoke with was unprofessional and dishonest and caused serious problems with the scheduling of my surgery.

Not a happy camper waited in ER last night with my 5 year old sick daughter and My best friend that was in extreme pain. They checked their vitals twice then back to the lobby/waiting area never saw a Doctor or a PA. In fact there was a young lady sitting behind us who was sick and had two sick babies she had been there since 2:30 that afternoon and still hadn't been seen. All of our doctors are with Shannon I drive a great distance to see them because we have been so happy with them but why is it every time we have to go to... read more
I like Shannon they did a great job taking care of my husband during and after surgery. Dr Westmoreland was great and such a good doc. I appreciate them taking care of my husband .
