My dad was there he fell three times nurses are slow to response. The room was clean by me. Wasn't mopped in 3 days. Wasn't bathe in 4 days. Short on supplies only one fever probe and couldn't find it. I filed a complaint. And they blew smoke up my butt. Also filed a complain with the 1-800-number.

Drive further to Midland or Stanton! The Er nurses (aside from a small few) are horrible. They have no patience, don't know how to deal with kids, the worst! Any medical place that leaves you with a feeling of hesitating to bring your children in when they need it, is a place to avoid. And that exactly what SMMC has done, never will my child step foot into your ER again. And now we have a ridiculous bill to go along with your ridiculous service.

I love this place! Started working ICU on my days off from Medical Arts in 1992! I learned so much in that little 8-bed ICU as well as in ER. This is now my 4th time to work there after a 12 or 13 yr hiatus, & I am happy to be back esp. when I work with my old friends!
