I didn't even get to come in the office. Called to make an appointment and the receptionist hung up on me!!! It was the most unprofessional, ignorant experiences I've ever had!!! Definitely needs to either retrain or hire new staff. I wonder how many other patients this has happened to.
Dr Barillare is very thorough and efficient. She takes time to address my health needs and I'm seen in a timely manner
Dr. Barillare is great! She is very compassionate. She is very patient. She answers all the questions I have at every appointment. I have a daughter with special needs and she is great with her. She is so kind. All of the staff is friendly and very helpful when asking questions. Always willing to help you.
I could not get an appointment with the doctor. The person on the phone was out-rightly very unfriendly and did not even want to speak to me. May be the doctor needs to retrain her office personnel on customer service and friendliness.
I would not recommend this doctor anymore when Doctor Barrilare moved into new office she lost touch with her patients. She got to big to fast the office personnel are rude and very unprofessional . I would rather see a vet
