Great attention to detail… and very kind staff.
Felt impersonal. In the age of technology, improvements need to be made for individual patient updates. Are we next...time estimate? Waited a brutal 7plus hours even after all ordered test were done and results posted in mychart.
I was told it would be a 2 to 3 hour wait I have extreme pain in my head and I waited over 5 hours they still didn't take me so I left I'll never go back
It was horrible. We waited for 3 hours there wasn’t a lot of people in the waiting area. My son kept telling me to leave that he would just take ibuprofen, he refused to wait any longer for service. Also, there isn’t any signs letting people know that you need to have your parking ticket validated by security before you leave the lot. So again I had to reverse and go back inside to have my ticket validated with security. The whole experience was awful!!
Sat there 7 hours ended up leaving others came and left after showing up after me a few others had the same experience
