Set up a consultation and they never showed even after I tried calling and emailing when they were late. They apologized and called me the next day to reschedule. They just no showed me AGAIN!!! I tried calling when no one arrived 15 mins after the scheduled time and got voicemail - they seemed like a great choice, but this is not how to get new clients and business.
Thank you for your amazing work. We suffered with a flooding basement for years, many tried and failed. Shannon Landscaping did not give up and they were very successful in finding the solution and fixing the problem. I will always be happy recommend such a hard working dedicated team.
